Individual Therapy

What is Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy offers a space to explore your inner world, your relationships and your experiences in life so far. It can be a place to pause, reflect and begin to see yourself with more understanding and compassion. Many people come to therapy during times of change or uncertainty, or simply with a wish for something to feel different.

This process is about awakening and deepening awareness and finding new perspectives. When we start to see how our thoughts, emotions and experiences are connected, we can begin to move towards a fuller and more authentic life.

What to Expect

Our work together begins wherever you are. You may be seeking support through a crisis, wanting to understand recurring patterns, hoping to strengthen your sense of self, or invest in your personal growth. Therapy offers a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore whatever feels important to you, 

Each session is guided by what you bring, at your own pace, in an atmosphere of curiosity, empathy and respect.

Couples Therapy

What is Couples Therapy?

Relationships are living systems that require care, communication and understanding to thrive. Over time, life’s pressures, misunderstandings or unspoken hurts can make connection difficult. Couples therapy offers a safe space to talk openly and honestly, with support to understand each other’s perspectives.

The aim is not to assign blame, but to explore how you listen and communicate and respond to one another and to rediscover what brought you together in the first place.

What to Expect

In our sessions, you will learn how to create meaningful, connecting conversations and to listen with curiosity rather than defence. We may explore patterns that keep you stuck, the impact of stress or unmet needs, and ways to rebuild trust and understanding.

Each couple’s journey is unique. Together we work to develop clearer communication, strengthen mutual respect and nurture a relationship that can grow consciously with open, honest dialogue.

Single-Session Therapy

What is Single-Session Therapy?

Single-session therapy offers a focused 90-minute conversation designed to bring clarity and movement to a specific issue. It is suitable for individuals, couples or family members who wish to explore a situation with depth and focus, without committing to ongoing sessions.

What to Expect

During our time together, we will define what you would most like to understand or change. This may involve reflecting on a particular dilemma, exploring new perspectives or identifying practical steps forward. The session can serve as a standalone experience or as a catalyst for further reflection or therapy.

Many people find that even one thoughtful, structured conversation can shift how they see things and help them reconnect with their own sense of direction.

Six-Session Relationship Enhancement Therapy

What is Relationship Enhancement Therapy?

This structured six-session programme supports couples who wish to deepen understanding, improve communication and strengthen their relationship. The approach combines insight, education and practical tools to help you relate to each other more consciously.

What to Expect

Over six 90-minute sessions, we begin by recognising your strengths as a couple and indentifying areas that would benefit from new ways of relating. Together, we'll look at attachment styles, survival patterns and communication habits - exploring how these influence your connection under stress. You'll learn how to replace unhelpful cycles with healthy, responsive diaologue and create a foundation for ongoing growth. Each session builds upon the last, helping you move from awareness to real change in how you connect and communicate.
