What is Couples Therapy?

What is Single-Session Therapy?
Single-session therapy offers a focused 90-minute conversation designed to bring clarity and movement to a specific issue. It is suitable for individuals, couples or family members who wish to explore a situation with depth and focus, without committing to ongoing sessions.
What to Expect
During our time together, we will define what you would most like to understand or change. This may involve reflecting on a particular dilemma, exploring new perspectives or identifying practical steps forward. The session can serve as a standalone experience or as a catalyst for further reflection or therapy.
Many people find that even one thoughtful, structured conversation can shift how they see things and help them reconnect with their own sense of direction.
What is Relationship Enhancement Therapy?
This structured six-session programme supports couples who wish to deepen understanding, improve communication and strengthen their relationship. The approach combines insight, education and practical tools to help you relate to each other more consciously.
What to Expect
Over six 90-minute sessions, we begin by recognising your strengths as a couple and indentifying areas that would benefit from new ways of relating. Together, we'll look at attachment styles, survival patterns and communication habits - exploring how these influence your connection under stress. You'll learn how to replace unhelpful cycles with healthy, responsive diaologue and create a foundation for ongoing growth. Each session builds upon the last, helping you move from awareness to real change in how you connect and communicate.
